The title of this bug report suggests that special cases should be made for
eBay/PayPal relating to Domainkeys. Adding special cases for domains owned by
any organisation considered worthy, seems tedious and unfair. Isn't it best to
simply look up a domain's signing policy using standard methods, no matter who
they are, and filter based on that.

That way, when the owner of a domain wants to declare that all of their
outgoing mail is Domainkeys or DKIM-signed, they test their systems properly
first, and then do so in the relevant TXT record. Anyone can then benefit from
having their forged email filtered by compliant filtering software, without
having to be a well-known multinational corporation. And of course filters
other than SpamAssassin would be able to do that filtering too. If the domain
owner also wants to generate publicity for themselves advertising the new
policy, they're still free to do so, and everyone's happy. :)
