[jira] Created: (CONTINUUM-555) Continuum only executes default
build-definition
Continuum only executes default build-definition
------------------------------------------------
Key: CONTINUUM-555
URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/CONTINUUM-555
Project: Continuum
Type: Bug
Components: Core system
Versions: 1.0.2
Reporter: Dave Brown
Attachments: Picture 1.png
Can't find any documentation to state to the contrary, but my understanding is that Continuum should execute all build-definitions on each scheduled build (only the default is executed on a "Build Now") Attached is a screen shot of my build definitions. On the latest build, continuum only build the default.

Emmanuel Venisse commented on CONTINUUM-555:
--------------------------------------------
you can set up a schedule for each, but if you don't have changes between schedule of bd1 and schedule of bd2, bd2 won't be executed and if you don't have changes between schedule of bd2 and schedule of bd1, bd1 won't be executed.
We'll fix it.
The work around is to use a shell project instead of maven2 project in continuum and run all your commands in it.

Resolution: Fixed
Fixed.
Now you can attach more than one build definition to a schedule for a project and scm changes are getting from latest execution of current build definition and not from latest execution.

Thanks! So to make sure I understand, to work around, I just need to set up a schedule for each?

Not exactly.
Actually, Continuum run the *first* build definition found for the current schedule.
I don't know for now if we'll disallow the creation of multiple build definition on the same schedule or if we'll run all build definitions define on a schedule.
