[website] first draft
Hi,
I did a concept in Bootstrap 5, new branch:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-wayang-website/tree/website-new
apache/incubator-wayang-website at website-new
github.com
It's just a concept, I added some SEO optimized wording and the ASF links. We need to have some suggestions for wording and how we want to structure the site, I can do the coding.
Cheers,
—Alex

Updated the build, works now with bootstrap 5 and Jekyll as a simple website:
Checkout the branch
jekyll serve —livereload
