If you are using proxy between agent and collector, you should know, in 5.0.0-alpha, SkyWalking use two address to uplink data.
   1. `naming/jetty` host + port, under HTTP
   1. `agent_gRPC/gRPC` host + port, under GRPC

gRPC address returns to agent based on naming query. So this must be a direct address, no proxy.

In 5.0.0-beta, we provide a new feature: [Direct uplink and disable naming discovery](https://github.com/apache/incubator-skywalking/blob/master/docs/en/Direct-uplink.md), so you can ignore the (1). But if you are still using proxy, try some proxy supports gRPC.

And you should know, beta is still under developing, I suggest you don't use proxy in this version.

Or, try use hostname to replace ip in collector yml file, if you know our collector mechanism very well. :)
