   We also need a way to dynamically set the base url for the AIP requests.
   
   Similarly to airflow 2 we can override the `OpenAPI.BASE` based on a meta tag value. Something like this (if the meta tag value is not None):
   ```
   OpenAPI.BASE = getFromMetaTag();
   ```
   
   Then the user can simply edit the meta tag in the built bundle to inject the desired server url.
