Link to a page that seems to be missing

Hi, all:

On this page [1] there is a link to "facilities.html". That page does not
seem to exist in the Incubator repository, so of course that link leads to
a page-not-found error.

Hi,

Here is the last version of that page (from 2017):
https://web.archive.org/web/20170629200901/http://incubator.apache.org/facilities.html

I can see facilities.xml in the old Incubator/content  content area but no facilities.ad in the new area. Perhaps it was not converted? I couldn’t find any discussion about this, does anyone remember why it may have been removed?
