Updated demo install at http://olr.kbs.uni-hannover.de:8888/

Hi devs, hi users,

happy testing. Lots of bugs have been fixed since the last update e.g.

* Restore of archived and trashed docs
* BXE and asset upload
* etc.

It would benice if you could test the forms editor re problem concerning
the UTF-8 switch.
