For the record, I checked that the contents of the `netbeans-l10n-zip` folder is identical with the file `netbeans-l10n.zip`, which is contained in `ApacheNetBeansDonation3.zip`. The sha256sum for that file was/is: `c2a2d8eb672709c45dec5059c309cd0916f4a617f78ab04440f7b6c8abaacd23`. This checksum matches the sum expressed in the donation document provided by Oracle that also references the ZIP file.
It is therefor assumes, that the files are correctly donated by Oracle to the Apache Foundation.
