Hi all,

I am going to cancel this vote due to flaky tests. I have opened pull
requests for these flaky tests.
1. Fix flaky tests in TestReconfiguration [1]
2. Fix flaky TestReadOnly.testConnectionStateNewClient in ZooKeeper 3.9.3 [2]

[1]: https://github.com/apache/curator/pull/1271
[2]: https://github.com/apache/curator/pull/1272

I will author a cancel vote soon.

Best,
Kezhu Wang

Hi all,

+1 binding

I checked the following locally on tag apache-curator-5.9.0 and all passed.
* `./mvnw verify` on Debian 12 x86_64 with OpenJDK Runtime Environment
Temurin-11.0.27+6
* `./mvnw verify` on Mac Mini M4 with openjdk version "11.0.27"
* `./mvnw verify` on intel macbook with openjdk version "1.8.0_362"

I noticed that `TestReadOnly.testConnectionStateNewClient` is flaky[1] now.
I experienced this once in `./mvnw verify`. But it passed after a second
try. I think we could fix it in the next release by either upgrading
ZooKeeper to 3.9.4 or tweaking the test code.

I also verified checksum, signatures and tests against artifacts using
github ci and all passed[2].
