[axis2] Mail formatting

This isn't just Axis2-specific, but I wanted to make sure that team got 
this in the right box...

Would everyone please read the following article:

I know it's probably a lost cause, but if we could try to get back to 
the "correct" kind of reply formatting on this list, I at least would be 
really happy.  One of the worst culprits here tends to be Outlook - if 
you're using Outlook for mail and want to fix the broken reply 
threading, please consider QuoteFix:

Mozilla Thunderbird does things right by default.
