> * Click *Actions for selected computers* > *Change State*
> * Select *Maintenance*
> * Click *Confirm State Change*
> * Enter something in the _*Please enter a reason*_ box
> * Click *Submit State Change*
> The computer state is changed but the *_Notes_* column is unchanged.  I verified that the database was not updated.
