'make install' broken?

  After

    make distclean
    cvs update
    ./buildconf
    ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/apache2 --with-port=81
    make

  I get an error in

    make install

  The output is available at

    http://www.sebastian-bergmann.de/make_install.txt
