[Issue 121114] Deleting columns from CSV file causes delimiter to revert to 'tab'

I can't reproduce this with the latest Git on Windows or FreeBSD, nor with
4.1.X on Windows. It always saves the file with comma separators, never tabs.

Can you please test a more recent version and tell us whether this bug has been
fixed for you?
