   There are some based function and prepare works need to be done before sharding-scaling contributing to ShardingSphere.
   
   - [x] Add Apache License
   - [ ] Remove or replace illegal dependences
   - [ ] MySQL support
       - [ ] Connect Channel to MySQL
       - [ ] Parse binlog event
   - [ ] PostgreSQL support
   - [ ] Integrate with ShardingSphere
       - [ ] Change to a Service process
       - [ ] Provide API to generate or stop migrate jobs
