[PR] cmake:migrate wamr to CMake build [nuttx-apps]

   This patch follows the platform in wasm-micro-runtime to add CMake build support for nuttx
   
   this should cooperate with https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wasm-micro-runtime/pull/3256
   
   ## Impact
   no impact currently
   ## Testing
   requires wamr version support
