again... icuuc.lib / .dll

Hello,

    So I've tried to recompile ICUUC.DLL (the common.dsp) with Borland
C++ Builder, after using the dsp2bpr tool, but I get several errors,
from "declaration error" to "type name expected", etc. Does someone
know a procedure to get this library to compile? I really need this
one to work under Builder! If you've got a working version for Borland
C++ already, that's even better!
