Tomcat Configuration

I having problem with the tomcat caching everytime
when i edit my servlet i need to shutdown and restart
my tomcat again to see the differences.How can i set
the tomcat so that i don't have to
shutdown and restart the tomcat to clear the cache and
can view the differences i changes in my
servlet or java bean.Can you help me how should i
config my Tomcat.Thanks
