If relative path is used e.g. falcon/recipes/ it should be created by default in home directory. Instead it gets created at basePath "/Users/sramesh/Workspace/Apache-DR/webapp/target/tmp-hadoop-sramesh/jail-fs/global". FileUtil.copy fails as it expects the relative path files to be created in home directory.
