Update to irc.pod from advocacy list post today
I'm pretty sure this is correct as I've tried to connect to rhizomatic.net
a few times but haven't been successful.

Thanks for pointing it out. Both irc.rhizomatic.net and irc.perl.org
should be more or less
interchangeable, AFAIK, so I've modified the documentation to include both.
