[jira] [Created] (GUACAMOLE-1726) Japanese characters display garbled in terminal when using guacd docker image

Tejaswi Kandula created GUACAMOLE-1726:
------------------------------------------

Summary: Japanese characters display garbled in terminal when using guacd docker image
                 Key: GUACAMOLE-1726
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-1726
             Project: Guacamole
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: guacd-docker
    Affects Versions: 1.4.0
            Reporter: Tejaswi Kandula
         Attachments: Screenshot 2022-12-12 015622.png

I have a linux virtual machine that has a txt file with some Japanese characters, encoded with UTF-8 by default. I'm using the latest version of official guacd docker image and web server running in my local to ssh to it and the japenese characters display garbled in the terminal.  This issue is only happening when using guacd docker image, not seeing any issues when I run the guacamole-server natively.
