jsvc.exec error: Service exit with return value of 122

Running tomcat 6.0.29 using  jsvc on 64-bit RHEL 5.5.  Tomcat was happily
serving requests and then hung, checked log to find jsvc exec error below.

06/10/2010 08:24:38 16880 jsvc.exec error: Still running according to PID
file /var/run/jsvc_waw1.pid, PID is 5757
06/10/2010 08:24:38 16879 jsvc.exec error: Service exit with a return value
of 122

Any suggestions on troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks a

Turn on -debug logging and post the entire file.
Seems like controller exited and JVM is still running.
