alanlau28 opened a new pull request, #23959:

   `ShareCoordinatorMetadataCacheHelperImplTest` covered `isRequestHeaderV3Supported()` at `IBP_4_5_IV0` and when the metadata version is unknown, but not at an older metadata version. This adds a test that it returns false at `IBP_4_4_IV2`, the version just before the request header v3 gate.
