[jira] [Commented] (DRILL-4662) Allow HBase Storage to return Multiple version

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DRILL-4662?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=15278057#comment-15278057 ]

Keys Botzum commented on DRILL-4662:
------------------------------------

It would be nice if I could somehow query where I could reference version numbers. I can see two ways to do this depending on the scenario.

1) I can specify the version number (this might be time since that's the hbase default). Usual comparitors of course: >, <, =, etc.
2) I can specify something more logical such as "current version", "version -1", "version -2", "oldest version"

I make no comment on the performance or feasibility of the above. Just the idea. :^)
