自建模板出现异常

各位好！

    我操作步骤如下：

    本机workstation 装XP，导出后转换为 ova格式，上传模板，建立实例。

    创建实例时出现如下错误。

Cannot use this pool Pool[200|NetworkFilesystem] because we can't propagate template Tmpl[207-OVA-207-2-d595526d-93c7-39ac-a872-f6ca0bfb6db4 

   请问什么原因？如何处理

在vCenter上直接导入ova看看是什么情况。
最好是从vCenter上导出ova。
