Revision constraint not replaced during deliver/publish tasks

Hi,

I try to set up a IVY repository for the company I work for. I have some
problems with the publish/deliver tasks : they don't replace my dynamic
revision constraints (like 'latest.release') by the resolved revision in the
published ivy file.

I am using the 2.0 version of IVY and a file repository.
