about web services

Dear Sir or Madam: Hello!
 
I'm trying to run the web services project. However, I do not know how to run these ant commands:
 
ant 
  -Dwebapp.dir=C:\beehive_projects\ws_tutorial 
  -f ant\buildWebapp.xml 
  deploy.wsm.webapp.runtime
 
Also, it says webapp.dir does not exist.
 
I would appreciate it very much if someone could help me solve this problem.
