display message in browser without calling fail() method

When I use

junit.framework.Assert.fail("error in xyz");

I am able to display "error in xyz" in testresults in browser
produced by ServletTestRunner.

I want to display message in browser without calling fail() method.

I want to continue exection of testcase after diplay message in browser.

with regards

Anil,

Maybe you can tell us what you really want to do. If it's about
debugging tests, you can use logs (Cactus tests offer a getLogger() API)
or simply use System.out.println(). That said, tests should not require
debugging at all and you should use the assertXXX() methods for that.
