Hi,

In order to use twill, you don't have to build it. You can simply have it declares as maven dependencies of your project. If you really want to build the artifacts locally, please build it with `-DskipTests`.

Currently Twill unit-test cannot be run in MapR env. In order to use twill, you don't have to build it. You can simply have it declares as maven dependencies of your project. If you really want to build the artifacts locally, please build it with `-DskipTests`.
