Ask for help for configure Teaclave Java TEE SDK's CI/CD

I'm trying to configure Teaclave Java TEE SDK's CI/CD by github Action, and this project
must be run on a server that we provide in Hong Kong. And I can't configure it normally
because I can't see the `setting` feature. Do you have any good ideas, please?
