[jira] Created: (AXISCPP-490) Allow reporting of setTransportProperty success to the caller

Allow reporting of setTransportProperty success to the caller
-------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: AXISCPP-490
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXISCPP-490
     Project: Axis-C++
        Type: Improvement
 Environment: n/a
    Reporter: Fred Preston
 Assigned to: Fred Preston

Currently setTransportProperty does not return the AXIS_FAIL or AXIS_SUCCESS depending on the result of setting the property. This could be useful for tracing errors in the AxisClient (i.e in Call.cpp).
