db41 configure

how do i convice configure to look for db4.1?

$ ./configure --prefix=/usr/local --with-berkeley-db=/usr/local/db41
--with-apxs=/usr/local/bin/apxs --with-apr=/usr/local
--with-apr-util=/usr/local --with-neon=/usr/local/neon-0.23.7/
--disable-static

checking for Berkeley DB in /usr/local/db41 (as db4)... no
checking for Berkeley DB in /usr/local/db41 (as db)... no
configure: error: Could not find Berkeley DB 4.0.14 with names: db4
db
