The sortpom plugin has been working without problems for as long as we've had it configured. I've never seen a case where it resorted in a way that was bad.

Since we're already auto-formatting the java files in ACCUMULO-3771, we should just go ahead and auto-format the POM, too.

Of course, we should also make it skippable, by placing it in the same profile as ACCUMULO-3781.
