I think that you closed this issue too early Thorsten. Please see Ross' comments on 18/Jun/05 ... the whole document needs attention. I added a note to issue FOR-922 to cover it.

Actually there are a couple of issues open regarding the whole document.
I closed this issue because I fixed the issue related part. I agree that
the whole file needs attention.
Thanks for adding a link to FOR-922 but there are other sitemap-ref.html
issues on the roadmap. Will have to look for them again and link them.
