[issues] New comment: (FOR-126) Add a "screen" tag
The following comment has been added to this issue:
Author: Ross Gardler
Created: Sun, 28 Mar 2004 5:25 AM
Body:
I don't think we need a new tag to do this, I think adding a class attribute to the existing source tag and using CSS to format correctly would be sufficient. For example:
<source class="code">
print "Hello World"
<source>
<source class="console">
Hello World
<source>

Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: FOR-126
Summary: Add a "screen" tag
Type: New Feature
Status: Unassigned
Priority: Major
Project: Forrest
Component: Core operations
Versions:
HEAD
Assignee:
Reporter: Nick Chalko
Created: Sun, 28 Mar 2004 3:31 AM
Updated: Sun, 28 Mar 2004 3:31 AM
Description:
The purpose of the screen tag is to show the results of running a command.
An alternative name would be output.
The tag would function like the source tag except it would usually be rendered in a different color more evocative of console output.
White on black would be a common option.
