[PATCH] Fix to run AbstractMerlinTestCase inside of Eclipse

Hi all,

I made the tweak to the AbstractMerlinTestCase and wow!  The first time it
ran, it downloaded a ton of dependencies that it (running under Maven)
already had..  So I think maybe eclipse was tweaking some sort of repo
directory settings.  But, they all downloaded (showing up in the console)
and the tests ran!  After that, other tests ran without the download as
well.
