Current the code of {{libhadoop.so}} lies in {{hadoop-common-project/hadoop-common/src/main/native}}. This jira proposes to move it into {{hadoop-common-project/hadoop-common/src/main/native/libhadoop}} so that it makes it easier to add other native code projects.
