Log4j 2.0-alpha1 second release candidate

I have fixed most of the issues brought up by Christian and Gary (including the NPE in ObjectMessage and a missing toString() on ThreadDumpMessage). 

I'd like to create a second release candidate in a few hours so if there are any other issues (such as a possible rename of the FormattedMessage interface) please let me know so I can address that before creating the release.
