2.2 documentation index not up to date

Greetings,

Going to http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/ with a browser that prefers
French than English displays a page that does not mention new 2.2
features. One only sees the 2.0 new features there.

I suggest the french index page be updated with a link to the 2.2 new
features, even though that page is not translated.

I acknowledge there is text mentionning "this version may be outdated,
browse to the english version for recent updates", but adding a link
there costs nothing much anyway.
