    Clarify existence of FrameworkID in SUBSCRIBE calls.

    Wanted to clarify how `FrameworkID` should or shouldn't be set in `SUBSCRIBE` calls. Spoke with Anand about this earlier today when I was running into issues with resubscribing.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/aaronjwood/mesos clarify-docs

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/mesos/pull/205.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #205
