Pulsar Summit is coming 2020

Hi Pulsar community,

Some folks have asked for a dedicated Pulsar event before. Now it is real!
I am happy to share that the community is going to organize two Pulsar
events (Pulsar Summit) at 2020, one is at San Francisco around April, the
other one is at Beijing around September.

Pulsar Summit is going to be the conference dedicated for Apache Pulsar and
the messaging and event streaming communities. We hope to bring Pulsar
users, contributors and industry experts together to share experiences and
best practices in messaging, event streaming and managing Pulsar
deployments in production.

The event website and details are coming after Thanksgiving! At the same
time, we are calling for presentations for Pulsar Summit SF 2020. If you
have experiences, practices and stories to share to the community, please
prepare the proposal and submit it once the CFP website is up.

If you have any questions or suggestions, don't hesitate to reach out to me!
Stay tuned for more details and updates. Wish everyone has a great
Thanksgiving week!

- Sijie
