### Expected behavior
parse SELECT XMLROOT function statement
### Actual behavior
cannot parse SELECT XMLROOT function statement
### Steps to reproduce the behavior, such as: SQL to execute, sharding rule configuration, when exception occur etc.
```sql
SELECT XMLROOT ( XMLType('<poid>143598</poid>'), VERSION '1.0', STANDALONE YES) AS "XMLROOT" FROM DUAL;
```
