John In case the filter is not working then we still got the 3rd vote with
Jarcec that is our mentor.

That looks fine as Jarek / Jaroslav is an IPMC member so you do have 3 +1 votes.

Thanks Justin
But I was told that under the following link I could find the Incubator PMC
members. [1]
Inside that page, it takes you to the Incubator address book and
both listed there. [2]
Atri is listed there as IPMC member unless there is another list that I'm
not aware.
And regarding Jaroslav, I took his name from the emails that I have with
him but in the incubator list, he is listed as *Jarek Jarcec Cecho
(jarcec)* that
officially is our Mentor (Sorry for the confusion there).
That is the reason I had the +4 binding votes...

I believe this is in part due to an error on the IPMC page on the incubator
website. Raymundo pinged me privately to ask how to find the listing of
binding votes. I pointed him to that page. That page does link to the PMC
list in phonebook, however both PMC and committers are appearing in the PMC
filter right now (not sure if that's on purpose).
Either way we do still need a 3rd +1.

Sorry but I think you still need another +1 before releasing this. Atri and Jaroslav are not (that I can see) IPMC members and only IPMC members vote are binding on incubator releases. [1]
I’d suggest you ask one of your mentors (who are IPMC members) to vote on this release.
Thanks,
Justin
