Verified the specified commit (commit f5d8d713f6e1a93b175eb338ae4e3a0c3f6b63c7) is included in the latest pull from the incubator-daffodil repository.

Verified the incubator-daffodil cli sbt test suites execute successfully.

Compared the output from this commit's cli sbt tests to output of previous commit's output and verified that the excess oolagdebug and log level debug output have been removed.
