Currently, if a zone is already available based upon the configuration provided, deploy DC fails. Instead it can recreate a new DC with new zone for the same configuration. The new zone will be appended with random text to the mentioned zone in config. 
Before adding it will verify the zone and dump to log of its existence and recreate a new one with modified zone name. This will help as not to delete the dc to recreate again.
