MQTT + psk tls1.2

Hi,

I've been wrestling with this for a while and haven't been able to solve it.

I have a client that is out of my control which requires a broker supporting
*MQTT + TLS v1.2 with PSK*.

I'd prefer to use ActiveMQ for this as I have a number of other Queues to
support, so I don't want to install an MQTT-specific broker.

Is this combination of Authentication possible?
