httpd-2.0 CVS HEAD build fails

Hi all,

When I build Apache like so:

./configure  --prefix=/opt/local/apache2 --enable-proxy --enable-cache

It fails like so:

Is your apr_thread_proc.h up to date? (Answer: "no" :) )
