Board Report Time - Status of Buildstream

Hi -

In order to prepare the Petri Board Report I’d like to hear from the mentors about the status.

Here is what I am thinking in bare progress notions.

(1) Community is already engaged in on dev@buildstream mailing list consensus decision making!

(2) I noticed a plan to convert the repository from GitLab to GitHub.

(3) I wonder what the plan is on legal issues.
- ICLAs for future Committers.
- SGA?
- Licensing of source and source dependencies

Anything else to report?
