Its ussele to send my test plan? cause you cant use it.
 
Try to send any request to site with cyrillicn characters.

When I retrieve the start page of yandex.ru (mixed cyrillic and latin
chars), I can see both character sets displayed correctly in View
Results Tree (text and html source mode).

What is your setup? OS (version), Java (version), language setting,
character set setting ...

It seems that site return body  with english and russian word.
 
Besides english characters are displayed correctly, russian word displayed in chrome network as unicode symbols, and view result tree in Jmeter show russian words incorrectly/
