JetSpeed2 custom portal server

I am new to JSP, JetSpeed2 etc.

this link is not very helpful.

Appreciate step by step guide to  -

Create custom JetSpeed2 portal server.(where can I download the maven
plug-in?)
How do I access portal admin .
After creating a portlet and deploying how to create my Page.
       - Simplest example drops the portlet in the jetspeed portal Page.
      -  How to create a new Page ?
How to create a Portlet with URL HTML.- like which file should the
portlet-entry tag be in (portlet.xml ?)
