forceId not rendering as expected

Hi

  I am using nightly build of 6/21/2005 (1.0.10) of my faces.

  I have the following
                <x:commandButton forceId="submit" value="Submit"/>

  But when I looked at the source the id of the command button is <formname>:submit. Why is that ?

it should be
	<x:commandButton id="submit" forceId="true" value="Submit"/>

Specify an id.
